If you do a little research about Visual Alphabets you’ll find that there isn’t agreement about there being ONE Visual Alphabet. You’ll see that there are several different experts have developed. For today’s activity I’ll be using the one developed by Austin Kleon, Dave Gray, and Sunni Brown at a SXSW one year.
But, this is a look at a comparison of the different ones that have been developed.
The important thing to remember is, it doesn’t matter which set you use, just be sure to play around with the shapes to see what you can come up with.
